Product customization and confirmation | Confirm the album size, material and color, inner page paper, and other major information. If customization is needed, please provide design files or detailed specifications. |
Payment | Send the payment link via PayPal and follow the platform instructions to complete the payment process. |
Upload photos | Ensure the photos are clear, in jpg/jpeg format, and use rgb/srgb color format. ZIP compress the photos and send them directly to the email. |
Fill in the shipping address | Please fill in the complete shipping address in the email. |
Album order design service | After receiving the photos, we will provide layout confirmation within 1~2 working days, and the layout can be modified up to 3 times. |
Shipping and tracking | After layout confirmation, production and shipping are expected to be completed within 4 working days. After shipping, you will receive a logistics tracking number for order delivery status tracking. |
Feedback and evaluation | After receiving the album, please check the packaging integrity and whether the product meets your expectations. |
